Rex Elliott is one of the founders of Cooper & Elliott. Mr. Elliott has nearly 25 years of trial experience and has achieved dozens of jury verdicts and counseled clients in some of Ohio’s most high profile cases, including the case that led to the resignation of Ohio’s Attorney General and the Franklin County Clerk of Courts and numerous multimillion dollar jury verdicts in business, automobile, trucking and motorcycle crashes. Mr. Elliott has also argued successfully in the Ohio Supreme Court and State and Federal Appellate Courts. Mr. Elliott’s professional career includes practicing with the Wall Street law firm of Sullivan & Cromwell where he represented Fortune 100 companies in complex and high profile civil litigation matters. Rex is a frequent lecturer on matters relating to trial tactics and has served as a legal expert in many cases.
