Chip Cooper is one of the founders of Cooper & Elliott. He has approximately 25 years of trial experience and has litigated cases throughout the Midwest and in Texas, California, Florida and Mississippi, obtaining multiple seven-figure jury verdicts. In addition to an active trial practice, Chip has argued numerous times before the Ohio Supreme Court, the federal Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and many state appellate courts. He also lectures to trial lawyer organizations on various litigation topics and from time to time serves as a guest lecturer at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
