David A. Brown practices in the areas of governmental and regulatory affairs, administrative law and franchise law. Before joining Cooper & Elliott, David served as general counsel and director of legislative affairs for the 1,100 member Ohio Automobile Dealers Association and as CEO and counsel for the Ohio State Chiropractic Association. He obtained a bachelor's degree in economics from Wittenberg University in 1988 and his law degree from Capital University in 1992.
