Trans Union settlement finalized

After a lengthy battle that required two separate mediations, Cooper & Elliott reached terms with Trans Union on behalf of more than 10,500 Ohioans. The settlement resolves claims that Trans Union violated the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act by improperly selling consumer information to marketing companies.
