In this case, scheduled for trial in August 2011, Cooper & Elliott represents a homeowner against companies that engaged in sloppy, substandard practices when building his home. The careless contractors left gaps between floor boards, installed subflooring that was not level, and created additional damage when asked to fix the original problems.
Zimmer Durom Cup litigation
We represent a number of individuals who received the defective Durom Cup manufactured by Zimmer. The Durom Cup, a hip replacement device, has been withdrawn from the market as a result of its high rate of failure.
Owens Community College Litigation
Cooper & Elliott has filed suit on behalf of more than 100 nursing students against a community college that mislead the students into believing they were attending an accredited nursing program.
