- Zimmer Durom Cup litigation
- We represent a number of individuals who received the defective Durom Cup manufactured by Zimmer. The Durom Cup, a hip replacement device, has been withdrawn from the market as a result of its high rate of failure.
- Owens Community College Litigation
- Cooper & Elliott has filed suit on behalf of more than 100 nursing students against a community college that mislead the students into believing they were attending an accredited nursing program.
