Police officers serve a vital role in society. And, in any profession a certain percentage of individuals will engage in behavior that goes beyond the bounds of the law. But, when a police officer’s conduct crosses the line the consequences can be tragic and devastating. We represent people who have suffered injury or who have lost a family member due to the use of excessive force by police.

We also represent individuals who have suffered the indignity of discrimination in the workplace. Despite the fact that employment discrimination has been prohibited for more than forty years, discrimination remains rampant: in 2009, more than 93,000 charges were filed with the EEOC.

Over the course of more than two decades we’ve represented dozens of individuals who have been discriminated against on the basis of sex, disability, age, pregnancy or ethnicity.
