Brad Strickling obtained a significant jury verdict in Fairfield County on behalf of a firm client in a business dispute. This challenging lawsuit arose out of the defendant’s attempt to sidestep a deal he had entered into with our client in 2005. The jury unanimously awarded the entire amount Brad sought at trial.
